Now when you order from our online store, every twenty-five dollars spent give you one minute of personal time with our expert (minimum order of $250). You can pick a topic from the long list of choices, listen to the expert and ask related questions directly; or you can ask for help learning the product that you just purchased. If you have accumulated a minimum of thirty minutes, you can also choose to use them for a personal Webex session, for a set up fee of $25.

Here is how it works. Every time you order from our store, you will earn time with one of our experts. Choose from one of dozens of color management, workflow, application and technology topics.

When we receive your order, we’ll let you know how many points you have accumulated and invite you to contact us when you’re ready to trade them in. You’ll fill out a form with your choice of topic, or your questions about the product you bought, and a good time to connect with our expert. You will be given a choice of times to call your personal consultant for your one-on-one training session. Be precise because your time is limited.
