Switch eliminates the need to perform repetitive tasks associated with receiving and sorting files.

It automatically:

• downloads files from your FTP servers, receives them as email attachments, or handles hot folders
• sorts files into different folders and transmits them to the appropriate destination for processing or archiving.
• Files are automatically made into PDFs
• PDFs are checked for errors and corrected
• PDFs are submitted for approval and communication is handled automatically between client and printer

Send notice to customer that the job has arrived. Let them know if something’s missing

File and organize jobs at various stages of the workflow, on the network, sorted by kind, customer, final output

Create PDFs from all different files including PostScript, Photoshop, Illustrator, Quark, InDesign

Preflight your PDFs and incoming PDFs

Apply color management based on final output

Send out for final corrections
