Notification fatigue could be killing your workflow effectiveness. If every file triggers an email notification, notifications become noise that everyone ignores. It may not be needed to send alerts for normal successful processing that copy entire teams on every error. There needs to be a distinction between urgent and informational messages.

A better strategy is to only notify on exceptions that need human action while routing different error types to different people. Use clear subject line conventions indicating urgency, and include enough information to act without hunting for context. You can also use the Switch Web Dashboard. Instead of being bombarded by emails, teams can use Custom Dashboards to monitor job status and messages in real-time.

This way, when people see a workflow notification, they know it actually matters and requires attention.
