Associate Partner, Development

Jeffery Carden is a print automation and color management professional with a background in design and production.

He began in design and product packaging, creating branded work for nationally distributed retail programs, then moved into large-format print and production, earning industry design awards. His focus later shifted to color management and workflow strategy, helping organizations set measurable standards, improve consistency, and align expectations between buyers and production teams. Jeff is a certified Color Management Professional (CMP) through Idealliance, treating color as both a creative discipline and a controllable system.

Today, he works at the intersection of automation, process optimization, and support, building workflows that boost efficiency, strengthen cross-department collaboration, and create scalable production environments.

Tami Noland

Associate Partner - Customer Success

With over 30 years in commercial print, Tami brings a practical, production-focused understanding of print systems, color, and workflows. Her background spans print account management and workflow solutions, with deep familiarity across prepress, production, and operations.

Tami's work centers on color management and workflow clarity, helping organizations reduce variability, improve consistency, and align expectations between digital files, production output, and final products. She excels at translating color and workflow concepts into processes teams can maintain day to day.

At Rods and Cones, Tami supports print providers and digital sellers who need predictable, repeatable output that aligns with customer expectations. Print is equal parts craft, science, and problem-solving. Tami has been navigating that intersection since 1990 and still loves her work.
