Make a PDF From an Illustrator File in Enfocus Switch | Jason's Tech Tips

By Jason Tempestini

Let's make a workflow that'll make a PDF from an Illustrator file. Create a new flow, we'll call it PDF Illustrator, and always an incoming and outgoing folder, and in between I'm just gonna put the Adobe Illustrator app.

What I want to do is just tell it to save as a PDF. So we'll save it, we'll activate the flow, and I can go into my set of jobs that I have, and I know this Live Out Loud folder is a packaged Illustrator job. So I can grab that whole folder and drop it right on here. And now we've got a result and a copy.

Here in the copy you still got the whole job exactly as it came in, and here in the result I can open up this PDF of the job. Another workflow, just that simple to make.
